Privacy policy

This policy explains how Two Trees Studio Corporation, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, treats the personal information it receives through this website. We follow PIPEDA, the federal privacy law for private businesses, and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, which applies to organizations based in the province.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: usually a name, email address, phone number and a short note about your project. Nothing beyond that is required. The server also logs basic technical data with each submission, such as the sending IP address and browser type, which we use to filter out spam.
If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous totals: pages viewed, approximate region, device type. These reports do not tell us who you are.
How it is used
- Answering your question and, if you ask for one, preparing a quote.
- Delivering work you have hired Two Trees Studio to do.
- Learning which pages on the site are useful and which ones need improving.
Personal information is never sold, leased or exchanged, and nobody is put on a mailing list without asking.
How it is protected
All pages are served over encrypted HTTPS, and form submissions are only accessible to Two Trees Studio staff. Enquiries are deleted once they have served their purpose, apart from what normal bookkeeping requires.

Cookies
This site sets cookies only for analytics, and only while analytics are turned on. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and every page will still work normally.
