Overview
Good logo and graphic design makes a business easy to recognize. A customer might notice your truck, then a social post, then your website, and each encounter should reinforce the last. That only works when the logo, colours, fonts and graphic style were planned to sit together. Many companies end up with pieces from different sources: a logo from a contest site, business cards from a print shop template and social posts improvised on a phone. The result feels disjointed and can make a capable business seem smaller than it is. Two Trees Studio designs those elements as one coordinated set.
Most projects begin with the logo because everything else depends on it. A strong mark has to survive rough handling: squeezed into the little icon on a browser tab, printed in one ink on an invoice, stitched onto a jacket or enlarged across a building. With the mark settled, we add a colour palette with codes for screen and print, choose typefaces that pair well and set a handful of rules for spacing and photography. Those decisions are gathered into a concise style guide, so a printer, sign shop or new employee can produce matching materials without guessing.
Next come the pieces your business handles every week: templates for social posts, banners and icons for the website, brochures, flyers, business cards and artwork for signs. Since we design websites too, brand and site can grow up together, so you never end up with a fresh logo sitting uncomfortably on a dated layout. Projects are managed from our Calgary head office for clients throughout Canada, with concepts shared online for comment. Files arrive sorted into vector and web formats, the artwork is yours once paid for, and nobody charges you a licence fee to use your own logo.

What's included
Details vary from one business to the next, yet each project covers the points listed here. Extras are quoted in writing before any work on them begins.
Who it suits
Owner-operators, expanding companies and established Canadian firms begin at the same point: understanding how their buyers look, compare and choose.
Getting the identity right at the beginning costs less than untangling a mismatched brand a few years later.
A light modernization keeps the familiar shape customers know while making the mark feel current.
Templates let staff create on-brand posts and flyers quickly, without professional design software.
When the brand and the website are designed at the same time, they match from the first day online.
How it works
We learn who your customers are, who you compete with and how you hope to come across.
A few clearly different concepts are presented for you to react to and compare.
Your favourite concept is refined into the final mark, with colours and fonts chosen to match.
The identity is applied to your graphics and handed over in organized folders.

FAQ

A basic logo comes with either three mockups for $90 or five mockups for $140, so you can compare clearly separate directions and pick the one you like best.
Graphic design such as brochures, business cards and other marketing starts at $70 per page and goes up to $190 per page, depending on the content. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax.
Expect scalable vector files for printers and sign makers, along with PNG and SVG copies sized for the web and social platforms. Every version comes in full colour, in one colour and reversed for dark backgrounds. Templates, brochure layouts and other supporting graphics are supplied in formats your staff or print shop can open, all sorted into clearly labelled folders.
Yes, even when it fits on one page. Listing the approved logo versions, exact colour values and chosen fonts lets anyone producing material for you, from a sign maker to a summer student running social media, match the brand. Each future design job goes faster, and your look stops slowly wandering as different people make their own interpretations of it.
Certainly. Plenty of clients already have a logo they like and simply need more material made with it: social templates, a trade show banner, a price sheet or new signage. We follow your established colours and fonts closely. If something in the current identity causes problems, such as fine detail that disappears at small sizes, we will raise it and let you decide what to do.
Yes. We create artwork for storefront signs, banners, trade show displays and vehicle graphics, then set up the files exactly as your sign company or wrap shop asks. Production and installation stay with the supplier you choose. Ask them for measurements, bleed allowance and preferred file format at the start; having those numbers early saves a round of corrections later.
Two things set the pace: how quickly decisions are made and how much you need besides the mark itself. A logo, palette and short guidelines make a compact project, while a full set of print, social and signage materials takes longer. We agree on milestones at the outset and check in after each stage, so you always know what comes next.
