One team from mock-up to live site
Design and build stay with the same people, so nothing gets lost between a mock-up and the live site. Most projects are built on WordPress, letting your staff change text and photos without calling anyone, though custom PHP is available where it makes more sense. Pages, features and price are set out in a quote you approve before anything starts. After launch, the site, its files and its content belong to your business outright. Listed prices start with Startup at $399, covering a page or two, and top out with Corporate at $3,490, which allows as many as 25. Anything outside those tiers is priced on request. Whichever route you take, the price, page list and features are agreed on paper before design begins, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay unless you decide to change the scope.
Is a custom design worth it compared with a template?

A template is a reasonable start on a very small budget, and our Startup package uses one. Custom design earns its cost when your services, audience or brand do not slot neatly into a pre-made layout. Instead of trimming your message to fit boxes someone else drew, we shape the pages around what you need to say. We will tell you honestly which route suits your situation.
What do you need from us to start designing?

A logo if you have one, a rough list of services, any photos of your work and links to a few websites you admire. Finished text helps but is not required on day one; we can plan the pages first and slot copy in as it arrives. The more we learn about your customers early on, the sharper the first round of designs tends to be.
Can you design a website for a business outside Alberta?

Yes. A large part of our design work is done for clients elsewhere in the country, entirely by video call, phone and email. You view layouts through shareable links, leave comments at your own pace and approve each stage without travelling anywhere. Meetings are booked at times that suit your time zone, so working with a studio a province or two away feels no different from working with one down the street.
Do I need to visit your office to work with you?

Not at all. Clients who live nearby can drop in if they like, but plenty of projects are completed without a single in-person meeting. Planning happens on a shared screen, designs arrive as clickable links and feedback can be left as comments whenever you have a spare moment. Many owners find this easier to fit around a working week than booking meetings across town.

We size each layout to the copy, suggest where a heading could be tightened or a long section split, and point out any gaps visitors might notice, such as missing pricing details or a vague call to action.
