Yes. Nearly every stage of building a website is screen work anyway: the kickoff call, the sitemap, design drafts, the staging link and the launch. We share our screen during reviews, keep notes in writing and send each draft as a live preview link you can open on your own phone. Being in a different city changes very little apart from the time of our calls.

Calgary runs on Mountain Time, so we sit an hour ahead of British Columbia and behind most clients farther east, by as much as three and a half hours in Newfoundland. We book calls inside the overlap of both working days and suggest afternoon slots for Atlantic clients. Written feedback can arrive whenever it suits you; we answer it during our next working hours.

Two Trees Studio Vancouver and Two Trees Studio Winnipeg are our regional offices. Each one looks after its own area: the Vancouver region and Fraser Valley for one, Manitoba for the other. If your business is there, their team is the closer contact. Everywhere else, the Calgary office handles your project directly.

Our published package prices are in Canadian dollars and do not change with your location. What does differ is the sales tax added to the invoice, since provinces use GST, HST or GST plus a provincial tax in different combinations. Work outside the published packages is quoted per project after a short call about scope.
