A custom theme with ready-made blocks
For visitors, we create a theme drawn for your business instead of reshaping a bloated multipurpose theme that ships with hundreds of settings you will never touch. For editors, recurring elements become ready-made blocks: a review strip, a pricing table, a staff profile, a service card. Adding one is a matter of choosing the block and typing into labelled fields. Brand colours and fonts are preset in the editor, so pages written by different people still look as though they belong together. Plugins are added sparingly, favouring mature, actively maintained tools, which keeps updates calmer and pages quicker to load.
You own everything we build
WordPress is open source and backed by an enormous community, which protects you from depending on any single agency. You own the theme, the content and the hosting account, and another qualified WordPress professional could step in later if you ever needed one. Each new site includes a complimentary SEO audit, a month of help at no cost while your team settles in, and a short written guide to the jobs you will do most often. Pages stay lighter, and your content is not bound to a commercial builder whose licence terms or direction could shift. If your team already knows a particular builder and relies on it, we can talk about keeping it, along with the trade-offs in speed and upkeep.
How many people can edit a WordPress site?

As many as you need. Each person receives a personal login with a role matched to their job, so a coordinator might publish news while only a manager can touch menus, plugins or settings. Separate accounts also make it simple to remove access when someone leaves, and page revisions show who changed what and when.
Will a WordPress design still work if we add a shop later?

Yes. The theme is planned with room for a WooCommerce store, so selling online later does not mean throwing the design away. Product, cart and checkout pages are styled to match everything else. When that day arrives, our WooCommerce development service looks after payments, shipping and Canadian sales tax settings.
Can you teach our staff WordPress over video?

Yes. Training takes place on a shared screen inside your own site, using the tasks your team handles each week: editing a page, publishing a post, replacing a photo or adjusting a form. We are happy to record the session so new hires can watch it later, and the written notes repeat the same steps for quick reference.
Who looks after plugin and core updates once the site is live?

During the free first month after launch we handle questions and small fixes. After that you can apply updates yourself with the notes we supply, or let us take care of them through a monthly care plan. Basic costs $69 monthly and covers two hours of work with a 72-hour turnaround, while the larger plans respond within 48 hours.
