Overview
IT support in Calgary is something we offer only to local clients, because the work often needs hands on the hardware. A typical client is a small office with a handful of computers, a shared printer, a Wi-Fi network and a business email account, and nobody whose actual job is keeping all of that working. When something breaks, the owner ends up searching for fixes between appointments. That time adds up, and a small problem left alone, such as an ageing router or a laptop that has stopped updating, can turn into a full day of lost work later. Having one familiar contact for these questions saves both time and stress.
We help with setting up new workstations, moving files and settings from an old machine, configuring routers and Wi-Fi, connecting printers and scanners, and sorting out email on phones and laptops. We also look at the basics that tend to be skipped: whether software updates are actually installing, whether old staff accounts were removed and whether anything important lives on a single computer with no copy. Those checks often turn up quiet risks that nobody had noticed, such as a former employee who can still log in to email or a shared folder with no backup. We list them plainly, by priority, so you can decide what to fix first.
Some problems can be fixed remotely in minutes; others need a visit to your office. We discuss which is which when you call, and arrange a time that suits both sides. Because the same studio may also handle your website, domain and backups, we can trace problems that cross those lines, such as email failing after a domain change, without passing you between companies. Each visit is written up in a short note so you have a record of what was done, which settings were changed and anything we recommend replacing in the coming months.

FAQ
What Calgary clients ask about it support. Tap a question to see our answer.
IT support is a Calgary service, because so much of it involves visiting the office and working on the equipment itself. Some issues can be handled remotely, and nearby towns may be possible depending on the job. For businesses elsewhere in Canada, we focus on websites, hosting and online marketing.
Yes. On-site visits within Calgary are arranged by appointment once we understand the problem. Many issues are faster to fix remotely, so we usually start with a call and a remote session where that makes sense, and book a visit when hardware or wiring needs to be checked in person.
IT support is priced on request. Small one-off jobs are quoted when you describe the problem, and offices that want regular help can arrange a monthly block of hours. We tell you the expected cost before starting work, and if a job turns out bigger than expected, we stop and check with you first.
We can recommend suitable hardware for your office and budget and help you buy it, but we are not a hardware reseller pushing particular brands. Once the equipment arrives, we set it up, move your data across and make sure everything works together before we leave.
